Treasure Neal has extensive experience in creative roles, starting in 1999 as a Junior Designer and Online Video Producer for Platform.net/Hookt.com. Treasure then went on to found and serve as the Creative Director for The Ave Magazine from 2003 to 2008. Neal worked as a Graphic Designer for Marc Ecko Enterprises from 2004 to 2008, where they contributed to the success of lifestyle brands such as G-unit Clothing Co. and Avirex. Treasure then served as a Brand Manager for US Olympic Medalist Lia Neal in 2012, managing public relations and spearheading viral marketing campaigns. Neal worked as a Marketing Consultant for Fila in 2014, leading and managing a re-release activation event. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Brand Consultant for McIntosh Labs, overseeing packaging design and quality control. Neal then worked as a Social Creative Strategy Lead for Caeden, Inc. from 2015 to 2016, doubling the company's social media footprint. From 2008 to 2015, they had a successful career as a Packaging Designer for Global Brands Group, where they developed and designed packaging and branding materials for children's apparel brands. Neal's most recent role was as a Creative Director for Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC from 2017 to 2020, leading brand creative efforts and developing digital content resources for premium tier brands. Treasure is currently working as a Creative Director for Inspira Marketing Group and also serves as a Co-Chairman on the agency's DEI team, overseeing multiple initiatives.
Treasure Neal received a Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media Design from Northeastern University. Treasure attended the university from 1998 to 2003.
