Karen Daldon Burmeister

Karen Daldon Burmeister holds extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Diretora de Gestão de Pessoas at Inspirali Educação since February 2023. Previously, at Ânima Educação, from May 2021 to January 2023, Karen managed the Business Partner structure in the South Region of Brazil, collaborated in the integration of Ânima Educação and Laureate, and developed various HR strategies. Prior roles include Gerente Regional de Recursos Humanos and Gerente de Desenvolvimento Organizacional at Laureate International Universities, along with positions at AP Assessoria em RH, International Paper, and Teikon Tecnologia Industrial S.A. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Gestão de Pessoas from FGV and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
