Carolina Monsivais is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants management and business development. Currently serving as a Grants Coordinator at Inspiralia since January 2022, Carolina specializes in organizing R&D funding for American clients and managing SBIR and STTR proposals. Prior to this role, Carolina worked as a Business Development Manager at The Ergo Group, focusing on public policy and technology for the public sector. Carolina's experience also includes serving as a Grants Manager at ARTICLE 19, where responsibilities included project oversight, budget management, and donor relations. Carolina holds a B.A. in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México and a Young Learners Teachers Certificate from The Anglo.
