Gema Martin Ordax has extensive experience in environmental management and sustainable development, currently serving as the National Grants / Next Generation EU Funding Manager and Country Manager at Tecnologías Avanzadas Inspiralia SL since June 2007, where responsibilities include managing SME Instrument submissions in Nordic and Central Europe. Previous roles include Innovation Process Manager at EQA, where Gema managed UKAS certificates and supported ISO 14001 and EMAS audits, and an internal system audit position with the European Commission DG Admin. Earlier positions included Sustainable Development Assistant at ICLEI, Responsable Développement Durable with Mairie Le Havre, and work within environmental quality with Gobierno de La Rioja. Gema holds a DESS in Developpement Durable from Universidad de Niza- Sophia Antipolis and a degree in Ciencias Ambientales from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.
