InspiraSTEM is an initiative created by Salvadoran scientists abroad to promote scientific and technological development in El Salvador. Our goal is to provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to university students pursuing STEM degrees (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).

Each year, we organize the InspiraSTEM Conference, the first event of its kind in the country, designed to replicate the standards of international scientific conferences. We bring together Salvadoran experts from around the world to lead workshops, talks, and mentorship sessions for the top STEM university students selected from across El Salvador.

Beyond the event itself, InspiraSTEM is part of a growing network of Salvadoran STEM professionals worldwide, committed to opening doors and creating opportunities for the next generation of scientists.
