Tim Weber

Tim Weber is an Assistant Principal at Inspiration Trust, with experience in roles such as Head of Year 9 and Key Stage 4 Behaviour and Culture Lead. Tim has also worked as a Physical Education Teacher at Langley School. Tim is currently completing their National Professional Qualification in Leading Behaviour and Culture. Throughout their career, Tim has been involved in overseeing behaviour, driving culture, and implementing rewards systems within schools.
