Brandi Garrett, SHRM-CP, PHR is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Inspire Aesthetics Group, a premier plastic surgery and aesthetics group. Prior to this role, Brandi held HR leadership positions at Civix, Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, HomeCare Connect, and GI Associates & Endoscopy Center. With a background in executive recruiting and a Bachelor's Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies and Education from Mississippi State University, Brandi has a strong foundation in HR and talent management. Prior to her HR roles, Brandi worked as an Executive Recruiter at HT Staffing Professional and as a Senior Recruiter at Capitol Staffing, Inc. Brandi's experience spans various industries, including healthcare, public sector software, and professional recruiting.
