Alok Kumar - Mba

Alok Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business transformation, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Inspire Brands since November 2022, where leadership is provided for a significant process and technology overhaul across multiple brands. Prior to Inspire Brands, Alok Kumar held the position of Senior Client Partner at Zuora, managing service business and client relationships in the US Southeast Region, and served as Senior Director/Senior Principal at Infosys, focusing on high-value client CXO relationships and business architecture. Experience at Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys Public Services, Alokit LLC, and several other companies has equipped Alok Kumar with expertise in solution architecture, program management, and Oracle applications implementation.
