Alvaro Lopez

Alvaro Lopez has extensive experience in learning and talent management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Technical Training at Inspire Brands since April 2016, Alvaro is responsible for implementing Cornerstone’s Learning Management System (LMS) in a multi-brand environment that includes major franchises. Prior experience includes working at Oldcastle as a SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems Administrator, where Alvaro designed and executed enterprise learning strategies and integrated LMS with talent management applications. At RaceTrac Petroleum, Alvaro developed comprehensive training and development programs as Manager of Learning and Leadership Development and oversaw the recruitment process as Supervisor of Recruiting Services. Additional roles include HR Specialist at NOKIA, Division Lead at Robert Half Technology, and Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Alvaro holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
