Anthony Sutter

Anthony Sutter is an experienced legal professional specializing in franchise law and corporate governance. Since April 2023, Anthony has served as Director, Franchise Counsel at Inspire Brands. Previous roles include Senior Counsel, Global Franchising at WeWork and General Counsel at The Alternative Board (Worldwide) and Romacorp, Inc. Responsibilities have encompassed litigation management, contract negotiation, compliance policy development, and risk assessment. Anthony began a legal career as a Real Estate Attorney, with earlier positions as Associate Counsel at Sterling Finance and Real Estate Attorney at the Law Office of John Martin.
