Ashley Adams

Ashley Adams is a legal professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and commercial contracts. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Senior Director - Supply Chain at Inspire Brands since August 2022, Ashley leads a team that provides strategic legal counsel and contracting services. Previously, Ashley held roles at The Coca-Cola Company as Senior Counsel and Director Supply Chain, where responsibilities included overseeing complex agreements related to commercial, supply chain, and international sports. Additional experience includes positions as a Transactional Attorney at Axiom, Senior Counsel at Georgia-Pacific LLC focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and as an Associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and an A.B. in Philosophy from Princeton University.
