Carol Lockhart

Carol Lockhart is an experienced Real Estate Development Manager at Inspire since January 2021 and has been serving as an Outsourced Commercial Retail Real Estate Specialist for Franchise and Corporate Clients at Baum Realty Group since October 2006. In this role, Carol represents corporate and franchise tenants seeking new locations nationally, with an extensive client list including Diesel Barbershop, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and FedEx Kinko's. Additionally, Carol holds the title of Principal Broker at Baum Realty Group, functioning as the National Real Estate Manager for corporate and franchised concepts. Beyond real estate, Carol is a Board Member at Arts for Lawrence, contributing to the community's cultural enrichment, and is a Founding Board Member of the Indiana Franchise Association. Since June 2009, Carol has also been a licensed pilot with the Federal Aviation Administration.
