Daija Cooper

Daija Cooper is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Performance Manager at Inspire since January 2020. Prior to this role, Daija held various positions at TEKsystems from June 2017 to January 2020, including Recruiter Lead and IT Applications Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities included on-boarding new recruiters and managing recruitment strategies for IT professionals in Georgia. Daija began the professional journey with an internship in Internal and External Communications at Georgia Power Company in 2016, following the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of South Carolina in 2017.
