Eric Dominguez is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology, procurement, and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Technology at Inspire Brands since January 2022, Eric previously held roles at Change Healthcare, where responsibilities included Senior Counsel for Procurement and Procurement Counsel, and at SunTrust as Vice President Legal, managing a diverse portfolio of agreements and renegotiating vendor contracts for compliance. Earlier career experiences include positions at King & Spalding and Strategic Law LLC, where Eric focused on legal research and drafting, and an externship with the Georgia House Democratic Caucus, supporting legislative processes.
