Jessica Hood

Jessica Hood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems and product management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HRIS at Inspire since November 2023, Jessica previously held various senior management roles at Boyd Group Services Inc., including Sr. Manager of Workday HR Product Management and Sr. Manager of HR Operations. Prior to that, Jessica worked at Advance Auto Parts, where the focus was on HR reporting, analytics, and compensation management. Jessica's career began at Fidelity Investments as a Business Analyst. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Carolina University.
