Leslie O'Neil

Leslie O'Neil is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a diverse background in operations and guest experience. Currently serving as a Business Consultant at Inspire Brands since February 2021, Leslie has previously held several leadership roles at Loews Hotels, including Director of Operations, Director of Dining and Events, and Director of Front Office, from September 2013 to February 2021. Additional experience includes the position of Director of Guest Experience at Copley Square Hotel and Front Office Manager at Gemstone Resorts. Leslie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, and an MBA in International Hospitality Management from IMI University Centre in Switzerland.
