Nicky Patrizio

Nicky Patrizio is an experienced culinary professional specializing in pastry and corporate training. Currently serving as the Field Learning Manager and Senior Learning Specialist for Baskin-Robbins at Inspire since April 2018, Nicky focuses on training new franchisees and store cake decorators. Prior experience includes roles as Pastry Chef at Boston University's Aramark, overseeing three pastry kitchens, and as a Pastry Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, teaching various baking and patisserie classes. Nicky has also held positions at notable establishments such as Westin Copley Place and The Ritz-Carlton, contributing significantly to pastry production and kitchen management. Nicky holds a BA in Economics from Wheaton College and a Diploma in Patisserie and Baking from the California School of Culinary Arts.
