Richard Ross

Richard Ross, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Procurement Manager at Inspire Brands, overseeing over $150 million in food contracts and developing category strategies for a vast network of franchisee and company-owned stores. Prior to this role, Richard managed procurement at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, focusing on contracts and projects for more than 1,300 cafes, and at Procure Analytics, where leadership in operations and account management resulted in $80 million in project handling and significant savings for member companies. Richard’s experience also includes positions at Siemens Healthineers, where market research was conducted for healthcare solutions, and extensive supply chain management roles within the U.S. Marine Corps, where Richard led teams in logistics and execution of multi-million dollar military support operations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from North Carolina State University.
