Charla Kucko

Charla Kucko has nearly three decades of experience in marketing and communications. Kucko spent 15 years as director of marketing and communications at the Simon Business School, University of Rochester, where she promoted the School, its top-ranked programs, faculty, and research to an international media audience. She wrote and edited extensively for internal and external publications including Simon Business, the School’s alumni magazine, and led strategy and content across social media platforms. During her tenure, the School won prestigious PRSA New York City chapter Big Apple and Silver Anvil awards and PRSA Rochester chapter PRism awards for communications excellence.Previously, Kucko served as associate director of marketing and communications at Nazareth College of Rochester. Kucko began her career as a general assignment news reporter and anchor at WOKR TV-13 (now 13 WHAM-TV), the ABC affiliate in Rochester.
