Alayna Belshe

Alayna Belshe has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Alayna began their career as an Office Manager at Cyclone Fencing, where they provided administrative support and managed various office tasks. From there, they transitioned to a role as a Customer Sales Representative at Caribbean Surf Company, where they assisted customers, managed the cash register, and created seasonal displays.

Following their time at Caribbean Surf Company, Alayna joined Virgin Islands Montessori School & Peter Gruber International Academy. Alayna initially served as a Montessori Teacher's & Administrative Assistant, providing administrative support and maintaining the classroom environment. Later, they became a Communications Coordinator, collaborating on communication strategies, preparing press releases, and maintaining internal training materials.

Alayna's next position was as a Communications Officer at the same school, where they managed the school's visual identity on social media platforms, created advertising content, prepared reports, and developed relationships with media outlets.

Most recently, Alayna has been working at Inspire Communities. As a Marketing Consultant, they coordinated and executed various marketing functions, collaborated with sales and community staff on dynamic marketing campaigns, and monitored online activity to optimize advertising. Alayna then transitioned to the role of Marketing Coordinator, where they managed and optimized Google profiles, collaborated with third-party vendors and agencies to create marketing content, and organized a company-wide competition to improve Google reviews.

Throughout their career, Alayna has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in marketing, customer service, and administrative support.

Alayna Belshe started their education at the Virgin Islands Montessori School & Peter Gruber International Academy in 1996 and completed their studies there in 2007. Alayna then attended Phillips Exeter Academy from 2007 to 2011, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. In 2012, they enrolled at Northeastern University, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature until 2014. Alayna later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of the Virgin Islands from 2014 to 2020. Additionally, in 2019, they participated in a Study Abroad Semester at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where their studies focused on Propaganda in Eastern Europe Theory and Praxis, Regional Studies.
