Max Gimelshteyn

Max Gimelshteyn, MSEE, PMP, CSEP, currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice-President at InSPIRE Corporation, overseeing 17 contracts valued over $20 million, and providing technical integration advisory services for U.S. Government programs related to space and ground systems. Prior roles include Chief Scientist at Decisive Analytics Corporation, where advanced machine learning for Overhead Persistent Infrared systems was developed, and various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, including Technical Director for the Experiments & Initiatives Division, where management of a multi-million dollar budget facilitated cutting-edge technology transitions. With a robust educational background in Electrical Engineering, including a Master’s from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, Max possesses extensive expertise in systems engineering, program management, and strategic project execution across multiple defense sectors.
