Thomas Davies

Thomas Davies is a skilled educator and customer experience professional with extensive experience in media, customer relations, and analytics. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Media at Inspire Education Group since August 2023, Thomas previously held the position of Head of Customer Experience at Boxlokr, where strategic initiatives for a self-storage organization were managed from November 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Thomas worked at BGL Group from April 2011 to July 2021 in various roles, including Customer Interactions & Analytics Manager and Lead Speech Analyst, showcasing a strong background in customer insight and management.
