William Schenk's work experience starts in 2001 at Bryan Cave, where they worked as an Immigration Paralegal specializing in business immigration. William then moved on to Eric Bland Law PC in 2004, continuing their work as an Immigration Paralegal but focusing primarily on fashion, arts, and sports immigration.
In 2005, Schenk joined American Express as an Immigration Legal Manager in the Employment Law Group. William later took on various roles within American Express, including Project Manager for Global Employee Relations & Compliance Services, Operations Director for Global Employee & Labor Relations, and Director of HR Business Partner & Restructuring Lead.
In 2014, Schenk transitioned to a new role as the Director of HR Business Partner & Chief of Staff (CoS) at American Express Global Business Travel, where they supported the new Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance executives for the global B2B travel management Joint Venture (JV).
In 2017, Schenk joined Audible, Inc. as the Senior Director of HR Business Partner for Tech. In this role, they were responsible for developing and delivering the talent strategy for the company's Technology, Product Management, and UX/Design teams. William also led a team of HR Business Partners and collaborated with colleagues on cross-functional initiatives.
Most recently, in 2020, Schenk joined Inspire Human Resources as a Human Capital Consultant. Details about this role are not provided.
William Schenk has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Biology from Lehigh University. William also obtained a certification in HR & OD Program from KatesKesler Organization Consulting, which was offered by ODC - Organizational Design Community in August 2019.
