Inspire Mentoring provides tailored learning and enrichment activities to help students achieve accreditation in ASDAN, Functional Skills, and Entry Level qualifications. We offer a supportive, trauma-informed environment where students engage in 1:1 and small group activity-based learning, enabling them to develop skills and transition back into mainstream or specialised full-time education.

Inspire Mentoring’s aim it to encourage students to thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment for them to achieve their potential. With a devoted and specialised team of passionate educators, we offer a dynamic and engaging programme that is tailored to the individual needs of each young person, alongside the opportunity to engage in learning to earn qualifications in ASDAN and Functional Skills. Each young person that is part of the ALP will have English and Maths Functional Skills tutoring sessions, whether this be Pre or Post 16. The aim is for the young people to leave with a qualification in both subjects using the Edexcel exam board.

At Inspire Mentoring the education consists of personalised and focused 1:1 and small group tutoring and mentoring to students at all levels. 
Our programmes are centred around supporting students with their goals, whether it’s progressing at school, catching up on lost learning and gaining qualifications within ASDAN or Functional Skills, and hopefully developing social and emotional skills.

These activities provide practical, hands-on skills, inspire new hobbies, and encourage creative and active learning. They promote positive mental health, physical wellbeing, and essential life skills, helping learners build confidence, foster independence, and strengthen teamwork. This prepares them for real-world careers and embeds a mindset of lifelong learning.
