Jayne Willis is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Inspire Nurse Leaders since June 2023 and as a Faculty Lecturer at the University of Central Florida - College of Nursing since August 2022. Previously, Jayne was an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Central Florida from July 2021 to August 2022 and held the position of Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive at Orlando Health from July 2016 to July 2021. Jayne holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Executive Nursing from the University of Central Florida - College of Nursing and an MSN in Nursing Administration from the University of Florida College of Nursing. Additionally, Jayne earned a BSN in Nursing from Florida State University between 1978 and 1982.
