Gemma Leach

Gemma Leach is an experienced educator currently serving as a Year 1 Teacher and LKS2 Phase Lead at Inspire Partnership Academy Trust since December 2021, also functioning as the ECT Lead for the Medway Hub. Prior to this role, Gemma worked as a Class Teacher at Chiltern Primary School and as a Year 2 Teacher at Maundene Primary School under Inspire Partnership Multi Academy Trust. Gemma's teaching career began with a position as an unqualified teacher at Lindfield Primary Academy. A graduate of the University of Brighton, Gemma holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS.
