Gustad Deboo-Jones

Gustad Deboo-Jones has extensive experience in business design and management consulting, currently serving as the Head of Business Design at the Metropolitan Police since November 2018, overseeing a portfolio of over 30 change initiatives. In addition, Gustad holds the position of Vice Chair of the Trust Board and Non-Executive Director at Inspire Partnership Academy Trust since May 2022. Previous roles include Director at Smart People Consulting Ltd, where management consulting services were provided to public sector clients, and Business Design Lead at PwC UK, responsible for a digital transformation programme. Past experience also includes various positions at the UK Ministry of Defence and IBM, focusing on organisational design and project management. Gustad Deboo-Jones earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Politics and History from Brunel University London.
