Thomas Fedorko

Thomas Fedorko has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Thomas has held various executive and leadership roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in Operations and Supply Chain Management.

Starting in 1984, Fedorko began their career at Motorola, where they served as an Operations Manager for over 15 years. Thomas then joined Oak Technology as the Director of Operations and Quality from 1999 to 2003.

In 2005, Fedorko took on the role of VP of Operations at Luminary Micro, a start-up semiconductor company. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the company's successful acquisition by Texas Instruments, and they contributed to the development and expansion of the Stellaris family of microcontrollers.

From 2009 to 2012, Fedorko served as the Operations Manager for Stellaris ARM Cortex-M3 MCU at Texas Instruments. Thomas demonstrated their technical leadership and expertise in post-silicon validation and worked closely with TI's global engineering resources.

Fedorko's career then led him to Black Sand Technologies, where they served as the Director of Operations. Thomas'saccomplishments include scaling the supply chain to support market adoption, negotiating cost reductions, and achieving significant manufacturing cost savings.

In 2014, Fedorko joined Qualcomm as the Sr. Manager of Operations during the acquisition of Black Sand Technologies. Thomas played a crucial role in integrating Operations processes and managing Black Sand products within Qualcomm's systems.

Continuing their leadership roles, Fedorko joined Bluetechnix, Inc. as the COO in 2015. Thomas provided executive-level leadership, developed corporate strategies, and implemented Operations solutions that maximized margin performance and delivered bottom-line results.

From 2017 to 2018, Fedorko served as the Director of Operations at Uhnder Inc., a start-up focused on disruptive sensing, cognition, and communication products. Thomas had a broad range of consulting responsibilities across the Operations spectrum.

From 2019 to 2020, Fedorko joined Eta Compute as the VP of Operations. Thomas oversaw worldwide Supply Chain Management, Product and Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Fulfillment teams.

Currently, Fedorko holds the position of VP of Operations at Inspire Semiconductor, Inc. since 2021. In 2023, they will transition into the role of Chief Operations Officer. Inspire Semiconductor delivers innovative, high-performance accelerators for blockchain, HPC, and AI applications.
