Continuing their leadership roles, Fedorko joined Bluetechnix, Inc. as the COO in 2015. Thomas provided executive-level leadership, developed corporate strategies, and implemented Operations solutions that maximized margin performance and delivered bottom-line results.

From 2017 to 2018, Fedorko served as the Director of Operations at Uhnder Inc., a start-up focused on disruptive sensing, cognition, and communication products. Thomas had a broad range of consulting responsibilities across the Operations spectrum.

From 2019 to 2020, Fedorko joined Eta Compute as the VP of Operations. Thomas oversaw worldwide Supply Chain Management, Product and Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Fulfillment teams.

Currently, Fedorko holds the position of VP of Operations at Inspire Semiconductor, Inc. since 2021. In 2023, they will transition into the role of Chief Operations Officer. Inspire Semiconductor delivers innovative, high-performance accelerators for blockchain, HPC, and AI applications.
