Blake Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Blake started their career at Honeywell in 1983 as a Production Engineer and gradually worked their way up to become a Manager and Principle Process Engineer. During their time at Honeywell, they led various projects, including the implementation of an Electronic Sequencing System and Demand Flow Manufacturing techniques.

In 2000, Blake joined Medtronic and held various roles, including Operations Manager and Product Development Manager. Blake then became a Global Product Manager, where they were responsible for driving growth and meeting revenue targets for Medtronic Gastroenterology / Urology (MGU). Blake led a multi-functional team and managed a yearly budget of $250k.

In 2005, Blake took on the role of Senior Product Development Manager at Medtronic's Therapy Delivery Systems (TDS) division. Blake led a development team of 40+ people and was responsible for the development of leads in the High Power Leads segment. Blake successfully brought the next generation high power lead from the Business Analysis Phase through Development and Evaluation.
