Caroline Blackford

Caroline Blackford is a skilled UX Graphic Designer currently working at Inspire Medical Systems since March 2023. Previously, Caroline held the position of Digital UX Designer at Medtronic, where responsibilities included collaborating with marketing and development teams to design user-centered solutions. Caroline's prior experience also includes roles as a Human Factors Design Associate at Medtronic, where user interface design for cardiac devices was a focus, and as a Graphic Designer at Smart Data Solutions, where branding and graphic creation took precedence. Caroline served as Design Director for the Textura India project at Bethel University and gained experience as a Graphic Design Teaching Assistant, offering guidance to design students. An internship as a UX/UI Design Intern at Worrell allowed Caroline to engage in UI design for regulated devices, emphasizing collaboration with cross-functional teams. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Bethel University, awarded in 2020.
