Gwen Gimmestad

Gwen Gimmestad has over 20 years of experience in the medical field, primarily in clinical research and management roles. Gwen is currently working as a Senior Director, Clinical at Inspire Medical Systems since January 2022. Prior to this, Gwen held the position of Clinical Director at the same company from September 2018 to January 2022. Before joining Inspire Medical Systems, Gwen worked at NUVAIRA, Inc. as a Sr. Manager, Clinical Programs from February 2013 to September 2018. Gwen also has experience at Sorin Group as a Senior Manager, Clinical Affairs from January 2012 to February 2013 and as a Manager, Clinical Affairs from 2008 to January 2012. Gwen's previous roles include Principal CRA at Sorin from June 2007 to December 2008, Clinical Study Manager at St. Jude Medical from August 2005 to June 2007, and Sr. Clinical Research Associate at Vascular Solutions from January 2004 to August 2005. Gwen also worked at Zimmer Spine as a Clinical Outcomes Specialist and Clinical Study Specialist from 2000 to 2004.

Gwen Gimmestad attended the University of Minnesota from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
