Lee Swanson

Lee Swanson has extensive experience in corporate development, ventures, and engineering, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and Ventures at Inspire Medical Systems since February 2021. Previously held leadership roles at MD Ignite, where contributions included founding medical device companies and securing FDA clearance for new technologies. As a Director at Rock Lake, Swanson specializes in business development and strategic assessments for startups. Earlier experience includes supporting acquisitions at Medtronic and leading engineering teams focused on implantable devices and oil refinery operations. Lee Swanson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
