Shawn Harding

Shawn Harding is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Inspire Medical Systems since July 2022, Shawn is focused on the innovative medical device sector and improving outcomes for those with Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Prior to this role, Shawn held similar positions at Abbott, where contributions were made to nutrition, diagnostics, and medical devices, and at G&K Services, facilitating recruitment for sales leadership positions. Additional experience includes serving as Principal and Talent Acquisition Partner at Synergy Search Group and as an Agency Recruiter at The McKinley Group LLC. Shawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Metro State University and studied at the University of Minnesota.
