Kimball Carr

Kimball Carr has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kimball is currently the Founder, President, and CEO of Inspire Veterinary Partners, where they lead a team of veterinary professionals and offers high-value purchase structures, customizable compensation packages, and comprehensive pay and benefits packages for transitioning owners.

Prior to this, Kimball served as the President and Co-Founder of Grom Coast Surf & Skate, where they created a successful surfing and skating brand targeted at young children and teens. Kimball built processes for business development, branding, marketing, and operations, and established a brand portfolio with over two dozen worldwide manufacturers.

Kimball also worked as the Director of Learning and Development at Blue Heron Consulting, providing coaching and support to veterinarians, managers, and industry professionals. Kimball aimed to improve veterinary practice owners' lives, enhance client experience, and elevate the quality of care for pets.

In addition, Kimball served as a Consultant at Trupanion, where they assisted field sales professionals in market development, sales strategies, and account growth. Kimball also partnered in assessing and onboarding new sales leaders.

Before these roles, Kimball held various leadership positions at Banfield Pet Hospital, including Regional Vice President and Field Director. Kimball was responsible for operations in the Northeast Region, achieved company-leading financial and medical results, and led the creation of operating plans that propelled revenue growth and margin efficiency.

Prior to entering the veterinary industry, Kimball worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Prime 3 Labs, where they negotiated deals for technology facilities and led strategy and business development relationships with petrochemical facilities and electronics manufacturers.

Kimball's early career includes 11 years at Starbucks, where they served as a Regional Director, District Manager, and Store Manager. Kimball was responsible for over 80 retail locations, achieved double-digit year over year growth, and developed many leaders in the organization.

Before joining Starbucks, Kimball worked as a Writer, Producer, Editor, and Director in various companies, including SAS and Coastal Communications Technologies.

Throughout their career, Kimball Carr has demonstrated leadership, business development, and operational skills in diverse industries, with a focus on veterinary services, retail, and technology facilities.

Kimball Carr attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2003 to 2007 for Executive Education. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1991, Kimball attended Tidewater Community College, where they studied Design, English, and Creative Writing.
