Richard Frank

Richard Frank has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Richard most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Inspire Veterinary Partners starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO at Purcell, Flanagan, Hay & Greene, P.A. from 2021 to 2022. Richard also served as CFO at Skygeek.com from 2020 to 2021, where they implemented key performance indicators resulting in reduced expenses and increased gross margin and net income. As an independent consultant at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP from 2019 to 2020, Richard provided financial consulting services and helped finalize a stalled audit. From 2014 to 2019, they held the title of COO/CFO at Beval Saddlery Ltd., overseeing strategic planning, operations, finance, and HR. Prior to that, they served as COO/CFO at BLUE CHIP FARMS LLC from 2009 to 2014, leading all financial activities and preparing financial statements. Richard also has experience as the President/COO of Medical Recruitment Solutions from 2006 to 2009, where they completed an acquisition to enhance product offerings. Richard was the COO/CFO at Indotronix International from 2002 to 2006, where they implemented a strategic planning committee and improved revenue tracking systems. Before that, they served as COO/CFO at Microcast, Inc. from 1998 to 2002, playing a key role in securing private equity financing and rapidly scaling the company. Richard'searlier work experience includes the role of VP/Controller at FactSet Research Systems from 1995 to 1998, where they successfully executed an IPO and led the preparation of SEC filings.
