Shelley Dell is an accomplished professional in the fitness and leisure industry with extensive experience in management and coaching. Currently serving as Contract Manager and previously as Area Manager at Hertsmere Leisure since March 2016, Shelley also holds roles at Dacorum Sports Trust since May 2001 as Fitness Professional and Group Gymspace Manager. Their previous positions include Head of Health, Fitness and Wellbeing at Herts Sports Village (September 2014 - February 2016), Retention Coach at The Retention People (January 2012 - September 2014), and Spinning Presenter for Mad Dogg Athletics (2011 - 2012). Additionally, Shelley started their career as an apprentice at Intelligent Training Systems in 2011. InspireAll (formerly Hertsmere Leisure) is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee established to provide and promote community sport, recreational and arts services. It commenced trading in February 2002 and has enjoyed much success and growth in the intervening period. It is governed by a Board of Trustees and has its Head Office in Borehamwood. It manages facilities owned by Hertsmere Borough Council, Hertfordshire County Council and Milton Keynes Council. It is also the Lead Agency selected by Hertfordshire County Council to develop 35 Family Centres in Hertfordshire.
