Luke Lee

Luke Lee has a diverse background in the real estate and financial industry. Luke started their career as an Equity Trader and Research Analyst at Raymond James Financial, Inc. in 1998 and later worked as a Financial Analyst at C. Myers Client Services Division. In 2001, they joined Ernst & Young Real Estate Advisory Services as a Manager and continued their career as an Appraiser at CBRE.

In 2011, Luke became an Acquisitions Manager at Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. before moving on to Carter Validus as a Vice President. Luke then transitioned to Transwestern as the Vice President of Capital Markets, where they stayed until 2016. Currently, Luke is the CEO of Inspired Healthcare Capital, where they have been since 2016.

Luke Lee received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Arizona State University in 2001. Luke then pursued a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame from 2001 to 2002. Luke also obtained certifications as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 2010, a CPA in 2005, and Series 7/ Series 63 in 1999.
