Adil Adi

Chairman of the Board at Inspired Intellect

Adil Adi, Chairman of The ADI Group, is an entrepreneur and investor who has successfully founded and scaled multiple businesses in the IT Services industry. Prior to Inspired Intellect, Adi took WorldLink, an IT Staffing business, from 1 employee to over 1,200 team members in offices throughout the world. Adi later launched Inspired Intellect to provide high-end technical and implementation leadership in the spaces of data management and analytics. Through this process, Adi and Inspired Intellect have developed use cases and expertise around Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain applications.

Adi currently oversees the corporate vision across growth strategies and investments across the organization while supporting the technology and market development. His experience in operational & technology strategy, M&A, technology investment analysis and Data Analytics has made this growth possible. By virtue of acquisitions, he has engineered a strategy for inorganic growth that complements their organic one. As recognition for his vision, Adil was a 2016 Finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Southwest region, and has been featured in the Fast 100 Inc. and Forbes.

To support the suite of innovation delivered to clients by both WorldLink and Inspired Intellect, Adi also leverages his Family Office, which invests in early stage enterprise-focused start-ups. The connection between the Family Office and the operating companies allow clients to interact with the next horizon of technological solutions, while providing meaningful connections between entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. His family office has supported some of the tech community’s top startups such as Databricks, Elemental Machines, Easypost and more.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Adi is passionate about healthcare and improving our collective quality of life. Adi again leverages his Family Office to deliver guidance, relationships and investment into early stage healthcare & life sciences companies such as Omada Health, Sonavex and Rejuvenation Technologies. Moreover, he is constantly supporting local academic researchers at institutes like UT Southwestern, MD Anderson and the Texas Medical Center. He currently sits on the board of the Mary Crowley Cancer Center which aims to expedite clinical trials for cancer patients. Lastly, Adil enjoys giving back to the entrepreneurial community by bringing together social stakeholders such as entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, investors, and other meaningful relationships from his network.

If Adil wasn’t doing any of the above, he probably would have become a professional singer / actor. He is the first to jump on the mic and get a crowd going in group sing. He enjoys cycling, walking his beagle Shooter and supporting his sons on the golf course.
