Roy Benevides

oy Benevides is one of Inspired Technology's original employees and serves as a senior cable technician. Roy runs large-scale structured cabling projects, is the in-house fiber specialist and is ITC’s most-experienced technician building and terminating data closets. He oftentimes gets new cable techs or apprentices to train and is a source for ITC’s other technicians based on his experience and knowledge.

Prior to joining ITC, Roy was forman for Comvoda for six years and a cable technician for CSG for 10 years. He also owned his own painting business for five years at the start of his career.

He enjoys fishing and spending time with his two children.

Roy is Belden copper and fiber certified and holds a Rhode Island data technicians license.
