Chloe Leech

Chloe Leech is an experienced M&A Manager currently with Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) since March 2023, previously serving in the same capacity at BuildData Group from April 2022 to February 2023. As a co-founder of Pomelo Equity from November 2021 to April 2022, Chloe identified a market gap for employee-centric equity schemes, focusing on educating employees about their equity benefits. From February 2020 to December 2021, Chloe worked at Mediq in M&A and Corporate Development, overseeing the M&A process and closing multiple deals. Chloe's earlier experience includes roles at KPMG in Deal Advisory, where responsibilities encompassed financial due diligence across various industries, and participation in bespoke advisory engagements. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Otago, completed in 2013.
