Lucy Pollard

Lucy Pollard has extensive experience in growth operations and business development, currently serving as Growth Operations Director at Inspired Thinking Group since July 2019, where previous roles included Business Development and Transition Director, Discovery and Transition Director, and Client Director. Prior to ITG, Lucy co-founded Add a Pinch of Salt from August 2018 to October 2019. At Whitbread, from March 2015 to December 2018, Lucy held positions as Marketing Operations Manager and Marketing Project Manager within the UK’s largest hospitality company, supporting over 450 restaurants. Previous experience includes roles as Marketing Project Manager, Account Manager, and Marketing Executive at Bugle Communications from June 2010 to March 2015, as well as serving as Student Brand Manager at Leeds University Union. Lucy earned a First Class degree in Managing Performance from the University of Leeds in 2010.
