Diwakar Pillala has extensive work experience in various roles focused on corporate affairs, risk management, compliance, and project management. Diwakar began their career as an Admin In Charge at IIHM in 2006, where they handled government organizations, counseling, and record-keeping.

In 2010, Diwakar joined Knoah Solutions as a Work Flow Analyst, responsible for real-time queue management and leave management. Diwakar also served as a Team Lead, working closely with the project manager to document product vision and scope, manage requirements, and assist in product planning.

In 2012, Diwakar joined Phoenix IT Solutions Ltd as a Team Lead, providing project oversight, guidance, and decision-making to ensure project alignment with mission and goals. Diwakar then moved to Inspiredge IT Solutions, where they held various roles from Team Lead to Associate Vice President. As a Manager Projects, they focused on activity and resource planning, team organization, and motivation. Later, as an Assistant Manager, they developed a productive working environment and addressed operational issues. As a Corporate Affairs Manager and Head of Risk & Compliance, Diwakar implemented risk management practices, strategic planning, and contingency plans for business continuity.

Throughout their career, Diwakar demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, government departments, and project teams.

Diwakar Pillala completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University. Diwakar earned this degree between the years 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the same university from 2003 to 2006. Diwakar'searliest education can be traced back to SHS, where they completed their 10th grade education between 1990 and 2001.
