Narendra Nerla

Narendra Nerla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Narendra began their career as an Engineer in Marketing at Veesons Energy Systems Pvt Ltd from September 1999 to April 2001. From August 2001 to March 2003, they worked at Knoah Solutions, starting as an ESO/Escalation Team Member/Supervisor and eventually becoming a Director of Operations. Narendra successfully managed operations in voice, chat, email, quality assurance, and transcription processes and was involved in business transition, stabilization, and performance management.

From November 2004 to April 2007, Narendra served as a Manager of Voice Operations at Knoah Solutions, leading a team of 100+ agents and 15+ support staff. Narendra was responsible for managing day-to-day operations, meeting revenue targets, and promoting resources to leadership positions. Narendra then became a Senior Manager of Voice Operations from April 2007 to March 2009, focusing on ramping up L3 technical support and managing 150+ agents, 10 supervisors, and 2 assistant managers.

From April 2009 to September 2011, they served as the Director of Operations at Knoah Solutions, overseeing operations in voice, chat, email, quality assurance, and transcription processes across multiple accounts. Narendra was actively involved in building hiring and retention strategies.

In November 2011, Narendra joined Phoenix IT Solutions Ltd as an AVP of Service Delivery, where they established processes for all service delivery teams and provided strategic support for managing domestic BPO verticals in the utility space. Narendra then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Service Delivery at Inspiredge IT Solutions from November 2012 to March 2015, responsible for building new service verticals and achieving PnL growth in existing managed services verticals. Narendra also launched a Solutions vertical for value-added solutions.

From April 2015 to April 2017, they served as the SVP of Service Delivery at Inspiredge IT Solutions, where they built new service verticals and launched a Solutions vertical. Narendra also served as a strategic advisor at Edge Finishing School from June 2018 onwards, advising and mentoring leadership on industry trends and building partnerships.

In April 2017, Narendra became the Board Member and COO at Inspiredge IT Solutions, responsible for building leadership, maintaining a strong work environment, and ensuring revenue growth.

In 2019, they co-founded Tessrac as the CEO, focusing on building technical leadership, developing futuristic solutions in IoT/AI, and implementing suitable technology and solutions to meet business and market requirements. Narendra also co-founded ReturnTrucks in December 2013, participating in overall strategy and GTM strategy for the platform and solutions.

Additionally, Narendra has worked as an SVP of Client Services at Seismic, LLC and as an advisor at NeoAura since December 2020.

Narendra Nerla has a diverse education history. In 1993, they began their undergraduate studies at Acharya Nagarjuna University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Narendra completed this program in 1997. Following that, Narendra enrolled at Andhra University for an MBA in Marketing, which they successfully obtained in 1999.

In recent years, Narendra has continued to enhance their knowledge and skills through various professional programs and certifications. In 2020, they participated in the Executive Program at the Indian School of Business, focusing on Reigniting Growth and Innovation. Additionally, they acquired three certifications from LinkedIn.
