Uday Kumar has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they served as the Proprietor of Step-Like IT Solutions, where they successfully established the organization from the ground up and expanded it into four international processes. Uday recruited and developed a skilled team of 320 professionals and implemented strong processes and quality control measures.
In 2007, Kumar served as the Head of Operations at Kare4Tech IT Solutions.
From 2013, Kumar was the Founder & CEO of Payism Global, where they laid the foundation and scaled the business to a turnover of 2700Cr. Uday expanded the company's footprint to 18 states and established a Domestic Money Remittance business.
In 2016, Kumar worked as a Global Strategic Consultant at Chalmers Engineering, providing onsite support in Dubai and improving offshore development performance.
In 2021, they founded Cybrenium Pvt. Ltd and Payism Pvt. Ltd, and in 2023, they became the Vice President of Solutions Consulting at Inspiredge IT Solutions.
Uday Kumar attended Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. The duration of their education at the institute is unknown.
