Daniel Rich

Daniel Rich is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Inspiren since March 2025, with an extensive background in engineering management, data science, and software development. Previously, Daniel served as an Engineering Manager at mi|im, leading projects in multi-camera object detection and embedded machine learning applications. Daniel's experience includes leading a data science team at Nav Inc. to develop financial prediction models, building scalable machine learning pipelines at Convirza, and integrating third-party solutions at HireVue. Daniel's early career involved software engineering roles at National Instruments, research at Brigham Young University, and internships in electrical engineering. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University.
