Kyle Lampe

Kyle Lampe has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kyle is currently the VP of Software Engineering at Inspiren since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the CTO at Magic AI Corp. from July 2018 to July 2019. At Magic AI Corp., they applied advanced machine learning to monitor animals.

Before joining Magic AI Corp., Kyle Lampe founded Victory Parade in January 2016, where they utilized advanced computer vision and machine learning technology to help equestrian athletes. Kyle was responsible for building the company, raising capital, hiring developers, and creating custom machine learning computer vision platforms.

Kyle Lampe also worked at Microsoft in various roles. From November 2014 to January 2016, they served as a Program Manager, and from May 2011 to November 2014, they were a Software Development Lead. In these roles, they managed teams and led the development of various software projects, including Upload Studio, Upload, Kinect Sesame Street TV, and others.

Additionally, Kyle Lampe has experience working as an Engineering Manager at Nuance Communications from October 2008 to November 2010, as a Software Architect at Nuance Communications from 2008 to 2010, and as an Engineering Manager, Porting at SNAPin Software from August 2008 to October 2008.
