Assistant Director Of ICT at Inspire

Amanda Friel has extensive work experience in the field of information and communication technology (ICT). Amanda started their career at the Northern Ireland Civil Service in 2001 as an ICT Professional- Programmer, where they designed and developed intranet and internet sites. Amanda worked closely with customers to gather requirements and was involved in the full product life cycle. After that, they served as an ICT Professional from 2007 to 2016, providing strategic business advice and support to improve government services. Amanda also took part in proof of concept projects, developed cross-platform mobile applications, and managed mobile solutions throughout their lifecycle. Currently, Amanda is working at Inspire as the Assistant Director of ICT, where they are responsible for the definition, maintenance, and deployment of efficient systems. Amanda'srole includes project management, process analysis, and maintaining positive relationships with third-party providers.

Amanda Friel's education history includes studying business studies at Ulster University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Amanda also pursued further education at Ulster University, earning a Master of Science degree in Computing and Information Systems.
