Colin Smith McIpd

Colin Smith MCIPD has a range of experience in the field of HR and organizational development. Colin began their career at Bank of Ireland in 2008 as an HR Business Partner, a role they held until 2010.

In 2010, they joined Niamh as an HR Strategic Partner, where they worked for four years until 2014.

Since 2014, Colin has been with Inspire, starting as the Head of Performance & Development. Colin later took on roles as the Assistant Director of Performance & Development, Assistant Director of Quality & OD, and most recently, the Assistant Director of OD. Colin'stenure at Inspire is ongoing.

Colin Smith MCIPD completed their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Physics at Heriot-Watt University from 1989 to 1993.
