Finola O’Kane

Finola is an experienced service director with 30 years’ experience in the customer service industry, including 18 years in the contact centre arena. She has worked with both blue-chip and start-up operations, where providing the highest standards of customer service are key to employee engagement, client satisfaction and commercial success. Finola is currently a Service Director with EY, responsible for the EY Absolute delivery centre.
