Theresa Hurst Psychotherapy

Theresa Hurst is a dedicated psychotherapist with extensive experience in various mental health roles since 2017. Currently operating a private practice in Longwood, Co. Meath, Theresa also provides trauma case management for frontline workers through Inspire since March 2021 and serves as an Employee Assistance Programme Affiliate for Inspire Workplaces & Unmind since February 2019. Additionally, Theresa offers remote therapeutic support through Pieta, focusing on individuals in crisis or bereaved by suicide, while previously holding a sessional role there from 2018 to 2020.
